About Zoho Recruit

Zoho Recruit is the Zoho application that allows us to handle the selection and recruitment process: from job posting, to interviews and candidates hiring, it makes it easy to hire people for the company. Since it's integrated to other Zoho applications, like Zoho People, it makes it easy to integrate candidates' information and convert it to an active employee. To access Zoho Recruit, type the next URL in any web browser:

recruit.zoho.com

How to get candidates in Zoho Recruit
Potential employees' information can be acquired through different methods in Zoho Recruit:
  1. Career site: a portal published to allow potential employees' to apply for a position. When an employee fills a web form in the portal, their information is immediately send to Zoho Recruit so that a recruitment manager can follow the process
  2. E-mail: an address can be enabled to allow candidates to send their information, via e-mail
  3. Manual entry: a recruiter can manually add the information of a candidate, using Zoho Recruit

Manually registering the information of a candidate

To register the information of a candidate, click the "Candidate" module. From here, you will see the list of all candidates. Click on the name of one of them to access their information or click the "Create candidate" button in the upper right corner:


Now, fill all the information in the form:


Once the information is ready, you can save the information or save it and associate it to a job opening. To do this, click on the desire option on the right upper side of the screen:



If you decide to associate a candidate to a job opening, a new window is going to be displayed. Select the job opening, the status and type any comment. Then, click "Associate":


Remember: associating a candidate to a job opening creates an "Application". Applications are the link between candidates and openings and allow you to track the progress of the candidate along the process.
