Manage or create webforms for a job opening in Zoho Recruit

About Zoho Recruit

Zoho Recruit is the Zoho application that allows us to handle the selection and recruitment process: from job posting, to interviews and candidates hiring, it makes it easy to hire people for the company. Since it's integrated to other Zoho applications, like Zoho People, it makes it easy to integrate candidates' information and convert it to an active employee. To access Zoho Recruit, type the next URL in any web browser:

Review and create web forms

Web forms are the best way of gathering personal information about a candidate. These forms can help you get personal information, education, job experience, etc. of the candidate. Bear in mind that, while these forms are intended to gather information like personal or education data of the candidate, assessments are more focused on evaluating candidates abilities and capabilities.

Web forms can be managed or created by clicking on the "Settings" option and then "Webforms" under career website:



Now, Recruit is going to show a list of previously created webforms. To see more information edit or delete a record, click on the three dots to the right of the name:



To create a new web form, click on the "Create web form" option to the right of the screen:

To edit the form, click the "Click here" link:



You can drag and drop new fields to the form or edit or delete existing fields by using the right options:


Once everything is ready, click the "Save layout" button on the bottom of the page:
