About Zoho Recruit
Zoho Recruit is the Zoho application that allows us to handle the selection and recruitment process: from job posting, to interviews and candidates hiring, it makes it easy to hire people for the company. Since it's integrated to other Zoho applications, like Zoho People, it makes it easy to integrate candidates' information and convert it to an active employee. To access Zoho Recruit, type the next URL in any web browser:
recruit.zoho.com

Create a new job opening
Job openings are a great way to publish information about a free position within the organization, so that interested candidates can apply to them. A job opening has to be generated each time you need to fill a vacant. To do this, access the application and click the "Job openings" module. From there, you will see all openings. Click on any of them to see or edit the information or click on the "Add" button to create a new one:
Now, fill all the fields with the required information:
Now, you can save or publish the opening, by selecting the appropiate option on the right upper corner:
Remember that if you only save your application, it won't be published anywhere. You need to publish it to job boards or career sites in order for it to be visible for potential candidates.

Publish an opening
Once the information of an opening has been entered, you can publish it. To do this, while creating the opening, click on "Save and publish" on the upper right corner:
You have two options when it comes to publishing an opening:
- On job boards: these are services like adzuna, appcast, dr.job, talent.com, recruit.net, etc. that allow you to post the information to be able to get candidates. Since these sites already receive the information uploaded by potential employees, the chances of finding a candidate here are higher. Bear in mind that you will need an account for each of the services.
- Carrer site: it's a web site created from Zoho Recruit with the goal of being a portal for candidates to apply to the opening. You can configure as many career sites as you need, and each can allow candidates to answer different type of questions and fill in relevant information
The "On career site and free job boards" allows you to publish the opening both in your career site and in free job boards.

Publish a previously saved opening
If you have a previously saved opening that hasn't been published, click on the "Job openings" module and locate the desire opening. Now, click on the posting title:
On the right upper corner you will find the publish option:
