About Zoho Recruit
Zoho Recruit is the Zoho application that allows us to handle the selection and recruitment process: from job posting, to interviews and candidates hiring, it makes it easy to hire people for the company. Since it's integrated to other Zoho applications, like Zoho People, it makes it easy to integrate candidates' information and convert it to an active employee. To access Zoho Recruit, type the next URL in any web browser:
recruit.zoho.com
Supervise and follow the application process
Hiring a candidate is a process that requieres the execution of several steps. To better keep track of these steps, Zoho Recruit has a "hiring pipeline" that shows at any moment, where is the candidate located within the recruitment process. To check this, click on the "Applications" module:
From here, you can click on the name of a candidate [2] or check their status in the appropriate column [3]. After clicking on the name of a candidate, select the "Hiring pipeline" tab:
From here, you can check the current stage of the process the candidate is going through and the events [3] that have taken place along the candidate's recruitment process.
To change the status of an application, click on the "Change status" option on top of the page:
Select the appropriate status and press "Update":
