When you first start working with Zoho One, there are some things to adjust to ensure everything is correctly set and ready for you to do your job. This article describes these things.

Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure you:
  1. Have access to Zoho One through the account that the IT department provided.
Change your profile picture

Please make sure to add a picture of yourself to your Zoho profile. To achieve this, the easiest way is to go to accounts.zoho.com, log in and then click on the profile picture to change it:



Change language and other personal data

To change the language in which you see Zoho One applications, as well as your display name (a friendly name that's going to be shown across zoho applications), gender, country / region and time zone, go to accounts.zoho.com, log in and then click on the "Edit" button to the right:



Change all desire information and then press "Save". On the bottom of this page, you can also change your phone number and check you e-mail address.
Change account password
To change your account password, go to accounts.zoho.com, log in and then click on the "Security" menu to the left. Then click on "Password" and finally, click on the "Change password" button:



Set up multi-factor authentication
To work with multi-factor authentication, go to accounts.zoho.com, log in and then select the "Multi-factor authentication" menu on the right, and then click on "MFA Modes":


Bear in mind that, for security reasons, all Rimova HK employees must use multi-factor authentication to access their account.

View session history and sign-ins
To see the history of your active sessions, as well as your activity history, connected apps and app sign-ins, go to accounts.zoho.com, log in and then click on the "Sessions" menu to the left. Then click on the appropriate menu to see the required information:



Idea
Check in and check out
Make sure to check in as soon as you start working and check out when you finish your working day. To do this, access Zoho Cliq (cliq.zoho.com) and turn on or off the appropriate switch:


You can use this same switch (turn it off) to check out as well. Also, click on "Remote work" to access other options that will help you define your actual status (available, busy working, etc.) and to specify if you are going to take a break:
