  2. Have access to your registered email or mobile device for verification.

Accessing different Zoho One tools

From the dashboard

Zoho One has a centralized dashboard that makes it easy to access any of its applications. To reach it, open a web browser and type the next address:

one.zoho.com

On the right top right corner, click the "Sign in" link and then enter the e-mail address and password that IT provided:



Now, you will be able to see the main dashboard. From here, click the top left menu to display the sidebar. Now, choose the application name:

If you are not able to find an application, click the "More Apps" link on the sidebar. From here, you will be able to search for any app:

Using mobile applications

You can access Zoho applications through your android or iPhone device. To achieve this, follow this steps:
  1. Go to the application store in your mobile phone
  2. Search and download the desired application from your app store.You can also download the "Zone One" app, which centralizes access to all other apps
  3. Open the recently installed app and log in using your Zoho username and password


Direct access via application URL

Zoho apps are also accessible directly through their specific URL. If you know the name of a Zoho app, open a web browser and type the name of it followed by "zoho.com". For example:

  1. CRM:       crm.zoho.com
  2. Projects:  projects.zoho.com
  3. Cliq:         cliq.zoho.com
  4. Mail:        mail.zoho.com
