Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure you:
- Have access to Zoho Notebook. You can access the app directly by typing notebook.zoho.com in any web browser

Interface
As soon as you access Notebooks, you will see, to the left, a menu that gives you access to all the notes, notebooks, noteboards, etc. Also, you can see the list of notes you've created:
To check one of the notes, simply click on it. To create a new element, you can press the appropriate icon in the center of the page [1], or click on the "Add" button to the upper right corner [2]:
Bear in mind that
1. Notes: are individual spaces to save information
2. Notebooks: can include several notes
3. Noteboards: spaces you create to have different types of os annotations
4. Whiteboards: boards you can use to write like if using
These elements can be renamed, locked, deleted, shared with other teammates, etc.:
Also, you can search, add reminders or view your tags, by using the appropriate tools:
If you delete something, you can find it in the trash area:
