This article is for employees that are required to review and approve expenses reported by people in the organization.
Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure you:
- Have access in your computer or phone, to Zoho Expense
Review and approve expenses
Zoho Expense allows you to easily review and approve expenses recorded by other employees. Please note that you are going to be able to review the information of certain employees depending on the system configuration.
After login in, click the "Approvals" menu. From here, you can approve trips, reports, advances, etc.
To approve one, select it and click the "Approve" button. You can always reject it by clicking on "Reject":
