Before proceeding, ensure you:
- Have access to the settings area Zoho People
Upload a document to be signed
The first step in this process is to upload a file to be signed. To do this, access Zoho People, click "Operations" and then "Files":
From here, click on the "E-sign documents" and then on "Send for signature":
Upload a document and fill all details like folder, document name, message and the recipients:
Press "Send" when ready. A new "Zoho Sign" window opens. From here, select the recipient [1] and drag and drop the fields to include in the document [2]. Once ready, press "Send" [3]:
In this example, the employee is required to write their name and signature, but other fields could be included: email, date, job title, etc.
To check the status of sent documents, go to Operations - Files and click on "E-sign documents":
