Idea
Uploading files to Zoho People

HR managers and HR team members can upload files and make them available for one or several departments, for one or more locations or for the entire organization. To upload a file, click the "Operations" button located at the bottom left side of the page and then select "Files":


To upload organization files click the "Organization files" menu. To upload a file for one specific employee, click the "Employee files" menu:



From here, you can click the "Add" button.

Requesting acknowledgement

While uploading a file, you can configure it so that an acknowledgement is required to employees:

Send a document for signature
Go to the "E-Sign documents" menu to upload a file and send it for signature:
